Skills and Technology Routemaps

I led the research and creation of a skills and technology routemap, investigating the impact of AI, Automation, Retrofit and DfMA on roles within the construction industry. As the second least-digitalised industry after agriculture, this necessitated a layered approach with complexity being added in waves as the industry becomes more tech-savvy.
