Below are some examples of my service design work; my Masters dissertation on sustainable, affordable housing, Tenemental; my work on the Prince’s Trust’s alumni community; a skills and technology routemap for Skills Development Scotland to predict future skills needs in the face of automation and AI; and the strategic plans and processes behind my artisan bakery business, Gilmartin’s Bakery. With experience across the public, private and third sectors, I bring a broad and unique perspective to innovation and problem-solving.
