The Alumni Project

After demonstrating Service Design principles in an operations management role, I was invited to head up an Innovation Fund project to create an alumni network for young people who had taken part in Prince’s Trust programmes with a view to extending the value they would gain from the experience, and welcoming them back as mentors or partners in the future. We were successful in getting the go-ahead to move to the next phase and ensuring the design would be embedded in the new digital roadmap.
